@jeccachantilly #AD Hangry is my least favorite mood and when hunger hits me unexpectedly, I simply have to eat. That’s when I make this Korean tornado egg omelet. It is the perfect meal to make when you don't have all the time in the world. It's my saving grace because it’s quick, easily customizable, and absolutely delicious! It’s great on its own but I love to customize this recipe by serving the eggs over a bed of simple fried rice for a heartier and more balanced meal. How do you break recipe norms? Share your egg dish using #MeantToBeBroken @Incredible Egg For food safety, always ensure eggs are cooked to 160⁰ F. #eggs #easyrecipe ♬ Hey It's Me - Official Sound Studio
@carlybarrett04 #AD Since I’m always on the go, I turn toward these egg salad sandwiches as they are easy to prep to make mornings easier and ensure I have a nutritious lunch with a protein boost. When I make this egg salad, I love to put my own personal spin on it by adding Dijon mustard to spice things up. Do you have a recipe you’ve broken and made better? Join the challenge to break with the ordinary and show me your new take on a classic with #MeantToBeBroken. Ingredients: 6 eggs, room temperature 1/2 of a small red onion, finely diced ¼ cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp Spicy Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped 2 Tbsp chives, finely sliced 1 Tsp lemon juice Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste Directions: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Use a skimmer to slowly and gently place the eggs in the pot and boil the eggs for 12 minutes. Transfer the eggs to an ice water bath to stop the cooking process and cool completely (at least 15 minutes) Peel the hard-boiled eggs, and slice them up to your preferred level of chunkiness. Add the chopped eggs to a mixing bowl along with the red onion, chives, parsley, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir all of the ingredients together, until well combined. Enjoy the egg salad straight from the bowl, or in a sandwich or wrap. To ensure food safety, always cook eggs to 160⁰F. Do not consume hard-boiled eggs if left unrefrigerated for longer than 2 hours. @Incredible Egg #teacherroutine #lifeofateacher #teacherdayinthelife #teachervlog ♬ original sound - Carly Barrett
